Dmitry,
These things are incredibly hard to find in the usual quality vendors.
Here's the one that Parts Express has.

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

Found this at Gravesen's site.
I love this quote... "Last but not least, high-efficiency paper cone tweeters are becoming rare as hen's teeth these days"

Wow! I wonder if it's true.
What do you think about the old "phenolic rings"?
You wonder if a 96 dB spec for a 3 dollar cone tweeter is true?
That tweeter on Chokes Unlimited is the same Erik mentioned.
If there is anywhere decent enough cone tweeter then from Visaton.
Not what you're looking for but it is what it is. One question though.
How do you know that you need exactly 94 dB tweeter for your
high sensitivity project? What are the other drivers?

If this is the speaker you are using for your project then
it looks like other vintage speaker units with high Qts
and I seriously doubt that it will have a sensitivity in a box
and with a XO filter anywhere near 94 dB/2,83V. If you get
it to be 88-90 dB you will be very lucky. Modern high quality
12" PA drivers with powerful motors may hit 94 dB/2,83V.

I think these are graphite-coated paper cones but I also think they stopped making them so old stock is all that is available.
Not cheap either...

Sorry, if you write on this forum, I think you are quite capable to
make measurements on their own. No one should do that for you.
You are right. I would do that if I had these drivers at hand. I don't, so
I asked. The picture of the woofers was googled out. Thanks anyway!
