I would always take transformer over capacitor.
I'm was thinking about building up a dual mono-block 500W version - but so far I'm only able to locate one transformer

You can probably buy Cuban's in Serbia.
Luckily for us in the US that cannot, the Central and South American offerings are now incredible.

I noticed something that looks like a simple first order passive crossover, with just a coil and a cap. Wouldn't be surprised to find out it's a simple series one... 😱
