Okay, after I'd used (read thrashed at any available opportunity) one of them for a while, I decided to get off my backside and get the other one working.
It'll be tomorrow before it's done (some work needs doing with a handsaw, and it's dark and raining outside), but most of it's there now.
They'll be fed (for now) from my little Tripath amp (2x25w@4ohm), as the 100w/ch amp has hit problems. I couldn't get it working, then I (accidentally!) blew the chip, during testing with the meter probe.
I suspect it'd be easier to buy some PA amp off ebay.
Also played around with crossovers a little on Foobar2000 - 80Hz 4th order sounds about right, though raising the crossover on my Fostexes to 120Hz gives more headroom.
So, getting a proper crossover done (with volume control etc) is the next priority, just need some op-amps now...

(edit) PS - Mike, would you be interested to see how I went about a removable back that'll fit the driver through? I can take some better photos of the finished one if you like...
