Preapare surface with automative grade putty mix some colour in it. 3. smooth the surface by rubbing with water and water grade sand paper. let it dry for 6 hours.4. give a base paint coat with autograde paint duco e.t.c.5. smooth it with 0 no. sand paper.6. go to market to a local fibre sheet maker. 7. ask him for resin and hardner or they call it fixer. normally resin is 100-to-200Rs. liter and hardener around 600 Rs. liter. ask him for mixing ratio of resin hardner. normally it is 1000ml. resin and only 30 to 5o ml. of hardner. if you buy 1000 ml. of resin buy only 100 ml. of hardner. ask him for stainer or colour. if he donot have your desired colour use printing ink as stainer. dont mix much ink.if you want to spray ask the guy for appropriate thinner.8. mix resin hardner stainer and thinner.viguorasly .9. paint it with spray (nossle full open)or brush. 10. let it dry for about 15 minutes 11.give the surface dotted look with sponge roller. you may select roller to your choice of do size.12. let it dry for 2 hours.and here you have hammer hard paint as jbl.
