Just playing with the Hornresp and the drivers that are available in my country. One of the drivers I can find around me is "Rockford Fosgate P110S4" and the price is appealing. Now to the point. I don't know how this type of enclosure is called, but I would like to know the pros and cons and if there is anything I can do to improve current enclosure.

It's an un-finnished T-TQWT or T-TL if you stuff it enough.
Your T/S looks weird.-.Post a Picture that is a capture from where you got all the Parameters but do not Type it as an answer: Possible no one can understand if you do it wrong.

T/S parameters is from official "Rockford Fosgate" website. The frequency response looks decent to me. Is there any particular reason why I should stuff it with audio damping material? I think my next question is related to stuffing thing. Is there any reason to use bracers?

However this driver's high Le/Re ratio suggests that the results you achieve are not going to match the predictions at midbass frequencies. To make the prediction more accurate, the driver's semi-inductance parameters will be required. These can be derived from the driver's impedance curve.
This driver's specs suggest that a 4th order BP alignment might work well for it.

The reason I get different results with the same numbers on Hornresp is because you change the semi-inductance parameters? You told that predictions should be different at midbass frequencies, but (see attached image #1) there is difference at low range frequencies. If so, where should I look to change them and how do derived them from impedance curve, cant find anywhere on the Hornresp.
I actually did BP4 with 49 liters volume (see attached image #2 and #3), however this enclosure has Fb@58Hz and F3@40-93Hz and F6@36Hz. I would love to have something that can go as low as 25-30Hz. So my next step was BP6P (image #4 and #5). I find this box most pleasing, because I don't have any issues about the box size. And frequency response curve looks decent to me.

The 6th order BP looks decent, but take a look at the box size. That's huge for a 10" driver.

By huge you mean it's not gonna perform like in the Hornresp?
The Hornresp sim doesn't show the impact of semi-inductance and losses, but the response should be fairly close to the prediction. That box size is pretty large for one 10" driver though. The rear section alone is almost 3 cu.ft.

If the response is fairly close I don't have any issues with the enclosure size. I have plenty of space in my room which I can use. Moreover if I'm going to build BP6P I'm going to build 2 of them. However before doing any builds I need to decide DSP or Analog Crossover for the Bandpass Filter. DSP looks like a better decision in a longterm and maybe better overall, because probably gonna use Visaton BG-20 for the upper frequencies.
