Anyone familiar with the 2SJ74 P-JFET?
To my great annoyance, I found that Elfa (Scandinavian supplier) doesn't have a single P-JFET anymore. I did however find a few transistors in a drawer that I believe are 2SJ74s. They are marked "J74 GR5G" in an ordinary "D" 3-pin hole mount package.
I planned to use it in a common-gate configuration to cascode the output of a PMOS current generator (PCM1794), which I guess should see a DC voltage at its output.
As you probably guessed by now, I'll build a DAC with passive current-to-voltage conversions. Experiences, anyone?
