OK - not the latest loop- and modulator- topology but it has parallel DC path and clamping.

Not connecting the gates together. The simplest approach is capacitive coupling of the gates, with clamping diodes and zeners to get the coupling capacitors charged with the right voltage. Then, the next improvement is a parallel DC gate drive path (slower) to allow it to operate at any frequency.

I've used this approach with an NPN and a PNP transistor in a common-base configuration to provide the parallel dc-drive path, allowing me to use lower-value capacitors for the ac drive path.

You need to make sure the supply rails rise at power-on with a much longer time constant than the MOSFET gate-driver C-R time constant to ensure that the MOSFETs are not fully-enhanced at start up!
