Forgot to mention the 6AE7, a single plate but two cathodes to drive a PP pair of 6AC5Gs, see attached.😱
The 6AC6G looks like they put the 6AC5 and 6AE5 into the same bottle. Seem to be un-obtanium however.
Those direct drive type tubes do seem a bit high on distortion however, 10% in P-P. Must be odd harmonics.
