Output transistor

Hi, I'm looking for an output transistor for my Eclipse DA6213 amplifier. The transistor reads "w34nb20" "ST" "Morocco" "D3B322." It has 3 legs with a single screw holding it down to the heatsink. If anyone knows where I could find this or eclipse parts please let me know. Thanks John

At least Mouser and Digi-key carry it. Other big suppliers probably do too.

I googled it but didnt find anything usuable. I did find a small quantity on Mouser so Thank You!
