Output impedience ?

If I had a triode as a voltage amp with a plate resistance of 1k ohm and load resistor of 1k ohm with no feedback wouldn't
the output impedience be 500 ohm? Now if I subsitute a mosfet
for the triode with the same 1k ohm load resistor how do I figure
the new output impedience ?

1) Yes.

2) If the Drain of the Mosfet is biased with 1K like the
tube was and also loaded with 1K like the tube, then
the output will be 500 ohms also.
