the charging current is big-- 47K pull down may be not enough.

Your level shift will invert the signal (maybe this is OK depends on the circuit I guess).
Is that diode a baker clamp? What's going to happen when you stick an inductor on the output and it needs to switch the low side mosfet on? It seems like the freewheeling current during the deadtime period could try to hold the high side mosfet on at the same time, or turn it back on, the body diode might shunt all this kick away, it might not, not a gamble I'd want to make.
