I don't know the reason but the plans had not been available for a while and now the whole site is gone. He said that eventually he would find another place to place the plans but said he did not know when it would happen.

DL the 2 files to a folder of your choice
rename OTHORNz01.zip to OTHORN.z01

unzip OTHORN.zip
and the 2 zipped/split files will be reconstructed
to a folder names OTHORN
inside you will find the plans
