Can anyone explain why Otala and Huttunen states that the you need a CTF of 6.6. I myself do not have access to the JAES papers.

According to D. Self, Otala and Huttunen states that the current-demand from a loudspeaker can be up 6,6 times higher compared to pure resistive load, due to phase angles and signal complexity.
But this is just my guess, as I haven't read the paper.
