Well, I got the amplifier module rebuilt including new outputs. The amp is running, but there is no audio at all. Both LM837s are getting very hot. is this normal? You can hear a slight pop in the speaker when messing with the aux selector switch. So i know the amp is running.
Both LM837s are getting very hot, amp is also idling about 3.8amps. Not too bad, both LM837s have +10 and -10v on them.
any ideas?

nevermind. I replaced the Op-amp closest to the RCAs, as each and every pin was giving -9v. and it was getting hot as well.
Replaced it, it came to life. So far... However the other LM837 is still getting hot near the gain knob, so i may change that one as well.

the ones that go between the rectifier didoes and the heatsink.
I figured it out, i placed them on the heatsink and taped it down with kapton to stop them from moving around. lol.
