Forget about the noise for now. I don't think it's more than radiated noise at this point.

Confirm that the GLI rteads OL between the input and output for each channel.
Quieter? From blowing an 18" woofer out of its basket to barely audible?
If nothing else, measure the AC voltage with and without the GLI in the circuit.

With the Ground loop isolator in circuit it makes no difference the him is still there . It doesn’t make it any quieter .
