Is the scope set to DC coupling?
Did you set the trace to the center reference line?
Did you try reducing the 12v supply voltage to see if the waveform changed?

Post images of the waveforms out of the driver IC, on the emitter of the driver transistors and on the gate leg of the PS FET.
If you can try Nd get the audio section oscillating and recheck waveforms in the power section. Should see around 6 amps at idle. This one requires an audio signal to oscillate. I dont remember if this made a difference or not. I know by reducing the voltage i dont see any change in the waveforms ether.
