i need to know the value of C255 it sits right in front of the Transformer in the output section..Also Do you know a good cross to a diode marked CR107? its a thru hole diode

I can't help much. The version I have is different.
The cap isn't on the board I had.
The diode is likely being used with the switching transformer so it needs to be fast or ultra-fast recovery. 107 indicates 1 amp and high voltage. One example:
