I did have a pulse with signal in. But I ran into this. Probably the problem the whole time.
I just found a problem, one of the PS transformers is shorted. After all of this, I noticed that the voltage and current was fluctuating and then I could hear a hiss from the xformer. Guess I am going to have to pull all this mastik up and pull it out. Just got more expensive.

Can you twist the transformer to see if you can see where it's sparking (shorted)?
They generally short where the terminal windings meet the rest of the windings. If that's the case, you can simply glue an insulator in place to break the short.

I am looking, but see nothing yet. Hopefully I can do that, really don't want to pull this out of the board
I am not getting any kind of square wave on the LO that I am use to seeing, getting a pulse, but not a sq wave.
How complete is the amp (what parts are missing/out of the circuit)?
Are you getting a signal on both the high and low inputs?
