I replaced the power supply fets , gate resistors,drivers and all the outputs were new in the amp . Have it back to the guy and a week later it’s back he said he had it running at 2 ohms stereo and it blew the fuses again .
Any ideas as to why the fuses blew ? I do t see anything wrong with the amp everything is checking fine

The 'recommended' fuses aren't likely rated for enough current.
If he goes up in value, go up incrementally and use the lowest rated fuse that will stand up to the way he runs it.
And this is important,... each time he blows the next higher fuse, use a low rated fuse (20 amp is likely enough) to ensure that the amp will power up with that low-rated fuse. If it won't power up with a 20 amp fuse, it likely has failed components and installing the next higher fuse may cause unnecessary damage to more components.
