If the RCA jack is the problem, it will be broken under the block. Using your meter, check for continuity between left in shield and left out shield, while gently pushing the block toward the inside of the amp. If you get nothing close to a dead short between the 2, one of the legs are broken at the circuit board.
If the two right channels are closest to the board, you'll probably have to repair the one you have (unless Orion can supply replacements).
Most of the replacements I've found are like the ones Rockford uses. The right channels are above/below each other. If yours are unrepairable, you may be able to disassemble the available jack to move the rings from one shield housing to another.
