Orcad newbie: MJ15003/4 where?

Hi,

This is a newbie question...

How do I find the transistors MJ15003, MJ15004, 2N21193 and 2N21194 in Orcad? I'm really new to this software and I feel completely lost.

Do you mean the MJ/MJL21193/21194? If so, models are available at the ONSemi site. I have not been able to find models for the MJ15003/15004 despite extensive searches.

MJ/MJL21193/21194 models at ON are Saber models not Spice.

Sorry to disagree with you, but at the ONSemi site there are both LIB (PSpice) and SIN (Saber) files for the MJL21193 and MJL21194.
