Hello, could someone help me how to pair operational integrated with some circuit for the 4559D and also find the best quality or replace with better ones
RC4559D is an SMD, low-noise version of RC4558 (an older type of low cost, general purpose, dual opamp). Depending on what you want to build and your surface-mount PCB design quality and assembly skills, you may be able to build a medium quality preamplifier with those. Perhaps it would be better though, to use the larger RC4559P on a conventional PCB and only in more general audio applications, where noise isn't likely to be a problem.
There are many different types, grades, package sizes, styles and costs among all the different opamps used in audio circuits in the past and present so you need to be specific about your application and circuit/schematic before anyone can sensibly recommend any particular type that is genuine product and available from authorized distributors. If you also demand the best possible quality of course, it often means very high prices in small quantities too.
If you are just looking for a reasonable quality, low cost opamp to experiment with, these could be just fine. Otherwise, for general purpose use, NE5532A or the NE5532AD SMD version are extremely good vale. Newer, high quality JFET types like OPA2134, OPA2604 are also very popular but also much more expensive.

operational JRC4559DF
The operational one that it uses is the JRC4559 and my question could be paired by doing some circuit as when the transistors are paired. I would also like to know if you can find some more recent better ones that can be replaced in the circuit.

Miguel, I think you misunderstand. I asked "what device?" meaning what amplifier, preamplifier or other audio type device. Let's start with a brand name and model number.
We need to know the correct circuit details, schematic diagram etc. of the application to decide what is going to be good or bad in your audio system. If those details are available on the internet, it could be a simple task to give advice. Otherwise, it would be guessing.

OERATIONAL JRC4559
ah ok now if we understand each other it is an ACCUPHASE
C200X and I can't get the manual

It seems the opamp is used in a dc servo role. Look at page 2 here:
