open baffle MG10SD09-08 Vifa ??

At what frequency or baffle width should this 4" driver be run down to?

I have 4 older peerless drivers for the bass which i thought i could run in a bipole below this 4" driver.

any problems with this?

should I do a simple 1st order on the 4" and peerless? at what frequency?

also i didn't know whether to post this here or in the regular loudspeaker forum.

another concern

i guess the major concerns are getting the baffle correct for the 4" open baffle driver.

also, managing the transition from the bipole peerless drivers to the open baffle vifa.

no BSC at all.

300Hz is probably a good x-over point.

ported for the peerless.

anyone got any of those vifas for sale???

running it full range in an open baffle and roll off the bass to limit excursion at lower frequencies..

Unsure on baffle width and what capacitor value to be used as filter.

any help would be appreciated.
