Opamp identification in audiocontrol LC-6.1200

I have one that is cratered, not this one obviously.

Any ideas on what it is?

Look up NJM4560 and measure it with a dial caliper to see if it matches any of the packages.

If not, look up any equivalent 4560s.

If someone believes it's something else, feel free to correct me.

Been poking around google the better part of an hour 🙂. Finally realized the middle markings are part of the main marking.. so its 4560R.

You're likely right. It looks like an MSOP8 from the marking locations. You'll have to measure to see if that's right.

It was 2.9mm, good to go.

Wonder why it burned up, weird. Is in filter circuit for ch5/6. They aren't passing audio regardless of input routing or switch positions. It's the opamp tucked below the 4-gang pot.
