I have a large quantity of operational amplifiers (AD797, AD825, AD622, LT1013, LT1014, etc. ), small signal transistors (like the hard to find MPS8599), MOSFETs, Lateral MOSFETs, high power On-Semi bipolars, voltage references (including the LM329DZ and TL431 in TO-92 and surface mount), ADC's DAC's, switching regulators, opto-devices (RGB to frequency converters!) , torroid cores, connectors etc. -- all the stuff that you and I use for audio DIY, ham-radio, photo-electronics, instrumentation, etc. Most of this stuff was bought through regular distributors in bulk, some was bought from "going-out-of-biz" sales in the great telecom bust. Shipping in the US is via priority mail at the rates described, and where available, to Europe, Africa, S. America and Asia via Global Priority Mail (if GPM isn't available, then Airmail Registry), PayPal is most preferred --

Bare said:Yeah ... it's such a good business that the Web pages don't even work
Hey, as the resident grump here, complaining is my job.
But, it's true - pretty sloppy site authoring.
ooops sorry.. Didn't mean to trespass 🙂
Was just annoyed that the place I find to search Opamps was a dead link.
Have any 'Good' links re the Subject.. would be Much appreciated.

It only looks dead. After clicking you have to scroll down.
I buy my matched L-MOSFETs here. Service is execellent even if the web site is awkward. Take another look and this time scroll down the page after clicking.

Hey you have an email! I am looking to build a 12VDC mono/stereo, 50-100W+ amp to show off at tailgate parties. Any kits/parts you may have to purchase I want.
Also: so what if he has a bad site, my site http://www.reubengathright.com has a horrible layout, but I am one of the recognized leaders in Dakota 4.7L tech information! If the guy is willing to help he is better than anyone IMO.

Hexfets
I have had many inquiries requesting matched sets of IRFP240 and IRF9610 so I changed the web-page to reflect pricing for these devices (in addition to IRFP240/9240 sets.)

I now have MJ15003 and MJ15004 back in stock -- also LR8N3 high voltage regulator chip from Supertex, and am busily matching IRF044's.
I have a couple of the Super Oscillator pcb's -- prototypes without silkscreen -- same as I described at http://www.tech-diy.com/TestEquipment/SuperOscillator/super_oscillator.htm
there really isn't enough interest to make up a silk-screened board, but you can have a bare-board for $20 + shipping to CH-Land. Email me privately.
the Zetex filter chip is so obsolete that they don't even list it on their obsoleted product list -- I had someone interested in an analog spectrum analyzer based upon the chip:

I have "some" matched IRFP044, not the "N" variety -- at the request of one forum participant and have reserved a few quads already.
I say "some" in that the dispersion of values is very wide and it doesn't make economic sense to stock these, so after they are gone, they are gone. I don't think I will carry the ROHS compliant version since there seems to be inadequate interest.

That's it on the IRFP044 matched devices -- there are 10 pieces (strays) left -- you can have the lot for $10 plus $6 s/h in the US.

do you carry the hitachi/renesas driver mosfets: 2sk216/2sj79?

I've looked high and low for that part -- was used in Erno Borbely's "Modular Power" amp from Audio Amateur 3/1993 --
PEARL Semiconductors
Well, it's not an exact fit since I don't have the dual JFET, but I've put together kits of the semiconductors --- a QUAD of matched 2SK170BL, PAIR of matched 2SK170BL (replaces the 2SK389), 5 pieces ZTX450's, 1 IRF9610, and the 1N4739 zener. http://www.tech-diy.com/smallsignal.htm

I have had a lot of requests for a 2-channel LM4780 board -- here it is -- the footprint is just over 8 square inches -- it is right off the National Semi datasheet so there is no originality whatsoever. Seems to outperform the NatSemi in terms of THD%.
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

The MOSFET BiPolar power transistor page is updated to reflect inclusion of Fairchild devices for the Pass F5, etc.

At the end of September we hope to have the QuietSwitcher PCB available. This will take 5V to 9V from a wall wart and convert to +/- 12 or 15 VDC for a preamp -- with only 100uV noise.

I will be posting, but nothing will ship until January 8th, 2009.
Thanks to all those who have bought F4 and F5 kits -- we are keeping Vishay and Fairchild Semi in business.

I'd like to let everyone know what a great guy Jack is to do business with.
He is very responsive on email and outstanding service! He is also fast shipper on my orders.
I had a small problem with a recent order and Jack was on it like "white on rice". This was my 3rd purchase with him, and I will buy from him again.
Thank you Jack for your terrific support.
