One further thought: R14 is not needed. Normally, if R3, the output resistor was replaced with R3 and a series output capacitor, R14 would be desirable to make sure the output end of the coupling capacitor is connected to ground, which defines the DC voltage across it. If there is no series output capacitor, there is no need for the R14 'tack down' resistor. Not a big deal, but why add extra stuff to a circuit...
