I try to repair mi Onkyo TX-8211 Stereo receiver, but without schematics, no success. If anyone has service manual please send.

Receiver simply wont power up. When I press Sand By on receiver, psu relay won’t turn on. After disconnect ribbon cable be twin amp/preamp and front face board psu start. I check output transistors, 7812 and 7805 and is ok. Without service manual I don’t know what to do. Somebody help me? Sorry for tarzan English.
