Thanks for all the suggestions. There actually seem to be quite a few possible replacement lamps of the right size, V and A. I must say that the DIYAudio forum is the most informed and helpful forum I use. A lot of other forums, photographic and audio, have a lot of spewing off topic and often little useful advice. Thanks to the techs who make it so informed and helpful.
