Ciao Paolo,
since nothing better came, here is something "not immediately useful but maybe a little bit":

In the big list at

your model does not appear.
It may (or may not...) be similar to the 7333 or 7555, both Sonys.


If not, there was here a post with pictures of most Sony mechs:

If you post pictures of your mech, one overall and a detail of the laser head, somebody may be able to recognize it...

The fact is I was pondering if purchase 7355 and I would know
what drive is there into the player. I'm not able to find a photo
on line of one test/review to show it :bawling:
I 'll could happy to see a genuine Sony drive , not happy to see
a CDrom for example 😀

Seems to me a Sony, no ? I have read good comments about
sony-laser. Some says the cheap sony is better drive than anithing
Philips 😀

In short I'm searching a cheap transport that work great with my
DAC. For the same money I can choice from a chinese CDM12 kit
(hifidiy.net) or a basic cdplayer like this onkyo. Not sure who can
sound better or have more reliability. 😕
