Skive time holds fond in my memory

Hi.
I have read the posts regarding the Onix OA21 amp, but the problem I have with mine is not listed.
I have a really bad buzz on both speakers, and the mains fuse blows after a couple of seconds.
I have tested what I can, but not being an Amplifier engineer, I now find myself stuck as to what to look at.
I would greatly appreciate any pointers.
There are no obvious signs of charring etc.
Many thank's for your time.
Best regards,
Simon.

Newbie Onix OA21 questions

I'm a service engineer with mostly broadcast video experience.
I've worked on Bryston stuff, but not much else audio except 1/4" tape decks etc.
My boss asked me to fix his Onix OA21 ages ago as a personal favour "no rush".
Well, that means bottom of the list so many months later that list is short and he was dropping hints! So I've asked Onix DNA for a schematic only to find that the hand drawn one is lost. Short of "reverse engineering" it, I shall have to test every component in the faulty channel. The right channel is stuck at the + rail.
The L channel works fine now I've replaced the relays.
Any ideas anyone?
