I have 50 pairs of these high voltage transistors. Wonderful for repairing high power amps.
Due to age constraints I’m not doing much repair work, I’m focusing on building my own stuff.
Minimum 10pairs, although I prefer to sell all at once.
€13/pair. Shipping at cost.

Uhmmmm - in stock at Mouser and the 50 unit price per pair is 6.61 Euro or $6.85USD per pair and with free shipping on that quantity.
You might have to rethink that pricing.

Thanks for the info. It would seem highly likely these parts will continue to be part of my life.

I like to use A1216 and C2922. Parasound uses these as well in their largest amps. They appear to be a bit faster than the MJ21193/94 but I guess it depends on the circuit.
They are also very rugged, and enjoys two mounting holes. Which translates to equal pressure over the whole die. I have used more than 1500 pairs these last years, but I’m moving to 2SA1294 because I can use more in parallel. Since I abhor nfb I rely heavily on low impedance in the output stage, hence smaller house and more transistors.

Nice work RM, by the way what is the amp in your picture?I could, but I’m using 2SA1216 and 2SA1294.
