Camera: Sony DSC-T1
I have not done much testing on this camera. It takes great photos in normal light condition, but has picture "noise" in the dark.
Does anybody have tips for taking photos with digital camera?
Bonus: Here is my kitchen light. It is made with stuffs found at Home Depot. The bulbs are Daylight type (5500 K). I bought 27 bulbs--4 for each room in the house. Bright, clean, white light!!

OMega and Projection Screen up for sale!
It has been fun building and tweaking OMega. Though OMega is over a year old, it was used very little. After its completion, I was too busy with college classes and other projects to fully enjoy using it. I used OMega once in a while and tweak it, but it has been in a corner for much of the time…I don’t think its bulb has been fully “burn in” yet. Through much consideration, I will be putting OMEGA and DIY Projection Screen FOR SALE.
I will post some more pictures of OMega and its projections. Since this is a completed and working projector, I would like to sell OMega as a whole, but with only two changes.
It focusing arm will be returned to the Dukane OHP, but I will ship OMega with Diyprojectorcompany triplet len. And because the light engine (bulb and ballast) is 20lbs, I will leave it up to the buyer to want it with the projector as a whole package (projector + light engine) Also for sale is the Diy Projection Screen. I can ship the screen with or without its frame (buyer pays for all shipping).
Please email Faites777@yahoo.com if you have another other questions or wanting to buy privately with Paypal ONLY. After July 20, 2005 ALL OF THESE ITEMS WILL BE ON SALE THROUGH EBAY!!!

Dukane 4003 OHP for sale at ebay.
As you have notice, the pictures were compressed. I used Adobe to compress each picture to no bigger than 80kb, so that they can be upload and download quicker. NO ENHANCEMENT...beside the compressed look.
I will update with more pictures and pricing of OMega and the Screen in the next few days.
For this week, the DUKANE 4003 OHP IS ON SALE AT EBAY. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7531313911&category=15257&ssPageName=WDVW&rd=1
Its focusing arm was used with OMega. But beside that, the Dakane OHP is very clean (almost new) because it was stored away in its box all this time. The Dukane OHP comes with a reprinted manual and parts exploit datasheet. You can strip this OHP for triplet len, wideangle len, fresnel, glass plate, (2) front surface mirrors, large fan, switches, and other electrical stuff. OR just buy a bulb and a projection panel…then you are set for large screen projection viewing.

Only CCFL light on!
A look inside the top of the projector. I removed the Top Fresnel and Protective Glass to get a better view of the raw LCD Screen at work. As you notice, the LCD is not bright...that because only the CCFL light was on. (For the design schematic, the original Benq LCD screen CCFL lights were place on each side of the LCD tray...just like how the manufactor placed them inside lcd screen.) With this feature, I can view and test the LCD inside OMega without turning on the Light Engine (metal halide bulb and ballast).

Every thing must go!
Ok everybody, I am selling all of my DIY projection items this following week. Here are pictures of items that will be up for auction later...
So if anybody is interested in a fully working projector, you are in luck. And for others who want to gut out and redesign OMega, this is a great opportunity. Along with all the things in the picture, the buyer will receive a Cd with detail pictures de/assembling OMega. I will also supply Delta CAD (simple 2D software I used for blueprint) and OMega BluePrint. The price of OMega is depended on it components...that mean the Benq LCD, fan system, light system, optical system are in the price tag--just the major components.
