I've disassembled many speakers in my life. I've noticed a couple of (waste not) manufacturers glue the cut-out from the driver to the back panel. Unless you're side-hustle is selling circular chopping boards - what else can you do with it?

Makes sense; saves scrap disposal - just make it part of the finished speaker. Actually helps with the cabinet too.
