Old School tda2003 Headphone amp

Dear DIYers,

Here is a schematic I've found on russian sites about a Headphone Amplifier based on old tda2003. It works on 12 v and Thd levels claimed to be below %0.006. I tried to design a PCB for the unit. I also added a LM317 reg stage as a better PSU. I fixed the voltage on 11.5 volts.

Here is the schematic and test pcb files. Would you please kindly comment on the PCB? If no problems mentioned I'll build one.
