I recently acquired an old Proxima Desk Projector 2180 (one big, heavy bugger). It turns on, the fans blow, the halogen bulbs look new, and the lcd works (I checked it w/ a desk lamp), BUT the lamps won't light. I push the lamp button repeatedly waiting from mere seconds to minutes in between all to no result. Anyone have clue what's wrong and how to fix or mod it?
hi TAXATTY,you can check the mainpower and the power of lamp,see wether there any problems,then u can find out the reason why DP2180 LAMP CAN'T LIGHT.
