I found an old ILP transformer, and just need a bit of help to make sure my assumption is correct.
the transformer is made in canada and the part number is 5A027.
it has 2 separate secondaries which are wired in series for CT operation. it has a single primary.
the closest thing I can find now is on this page
http://www.amalgen.com.au/transformers/toroidal_5ur.asp
it says the 5 series are 160 VA, the dimensions are the same as the one i have. and the part number is the same except it is A0 instead of EU (america instead of europe?).
the output voltage is also correct.
so would i be safe to assume this is a 160VA part?

Hi, I'm looking for information on an old ILP transformer : 91042 : it seems to be a a 500VA transformer with a 230V primary.
It was in an old EMB (Michel Bigot) sono amp, very well built !
Do someone can help me to get further information ?
Thank you !
