I recently set up a simple ohp projector. I have a dukane 4003 OHP with a 15" CMV 522A panel. Is my panel just to big for the projector? I have tried using the ATI Catalyst driver to adjust the screen size, but it only allows for very minor changes. Just wondering if there was any way to fix this problem.

This is one reason why people build their own: They can use wider fresnels and get the whole 15" image.
On the other hand, if you use it to watch video, you will notice that the 15" LCD shows about 25% more on the sides than a TV! TVs overscan (so the true edge is not seen). LCDs do not overscan because they are much more precise. TV cinematographers make sure nothing important appears in that overscan area on each side. So the only benefit of seeing all of it might be during sports or nature shows, where there might actually be something of interest out there.
I bet your OHP clips less than a TV's overscan would!

I had small problem starting it, methinds suggested by author
were not possible for me. ( can not find remote, plain keyboard and razor mouse I keep for more important things)
Anyway I did following.
-Setup screen (portable, tripod thing)
-Setup projector and mask LCD surface until only screen is lit up.
For masking I used thicker printer paper, probably better to use something dark.
-Install program (make sure to have .net)
-Create shortcat on desktop to PicASize.exe
-Open shortcut properties and enter (press) CTRL + ALT + R in the shortcut key box
-Open some video file and make sure you are not in the full screen.
-Press CTRL + ALT + R and use enter and arrows to adjust window.
-It will save position and restore it whenever program is started.
-Buy author beer
While program works great, I can not use it myself.
If you use dual monitor setup you might have same problem.
Overlay works only on primary monitor and I can not get video on projector LCD which is secondary panel. So far I always used full screen video device option to get video on secondary but now that is too big for me...
Maybe if I figure how to force overlay on secondary monitor I will buy dogbite beer too...
