yes it does have a refelctor and a condensor..here is a pic..
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
oh! your refelctor and condensor are the best!
you need to upgrade the lighting only.
would you get the ballast and lighter of HQI in local shop? dont need capacitor.
I selling this short arc lamp, $40 each, shipping is $5. holder is free.

let me see if i can find a ballast first and then i will order one from you...do your lamps work on 110v ballast?
110v is input voltage of your ballast, in China it is 220V.
but output voltage of ballast is about 100~130v, this is lamp voltage too. so I can not sell Chinese ballast to you.
check the lamp voltage of ballast that you will get, 100~130v is OK.

can you give me the specifics of the lamp? lumen output, color temp..etc..and how hot does it get when its on?
thanks

36000LM,9300K,1600hr.
about the hot :
600w short arc lamp < 600W halogen lamp
400w short arc lamp < 600W short arc lamp

isnt 9300k too high for projectors? i thought you needed around 6000k for good colors? and by how hot does the bulb get i ment in celcius..does it get very hot in a projector with this bulb?
we have compared the 9300k with 6000k, we play two projectors at the same time.
the 6000k look like yellow.
the 9300k look like real white. like CRT TV.
it dose not get very hot in a projector with this bulb😉

i havnt seen any...only place i went to quoted me what i think is too much for one...so im going to try an aquarium place ...they usually sell hqi ballasts and bulbs for reef aquariums..but their bulbs are 10-20k so too blue i think..so thier ballast and your bulb would be fine if they are compatible.
you can get my bulb, install the bulb on they usually sell hqi ballasts , If work well, that is OK!, if not or burned, return the lamp to me, you lost shipping only.
OK?
