If you look at the xover, which is a series one, you will note that at low freq, the coil will have a low impedance and shunt the tweeter, so what the amp sees is the woofer + a small impedance of the coil//tweeter. At high freq, the cap is shorting, so the amp sees the tweeter + the small imp of the cap//woofer.
You really would need to do a simulation of this network or measure it to see the impedance change with freq. I didn't even mention that at resonance, weird things may happen.

Bottom line: probably somewhere between 6 and 8 Ohms, with some resonances to 20 or more Ohms. There may or may not be some freq where the imp drops below 4 Ohms. Also depends on the enclosure. No simple answer, I'm afraid. But you amp should be OK with this speaker.
