These are some rather in depth forums here, Really nice to see. Complete beginner in the audio scene. I'm more of a computer techy myself.
Bit the bullet and joined here to seek some help after reading through the forums for a few hours. And I don't even know the appropriate section of the forum to ask for said help ^^.
So where should I stick my question about getting or building a louder work speaker system than I have for a noisy plywood fabrication warehouse? Intended use would be radio and other music, most genres.
Don't want to go seeking help in the wrong area. I find that tends to get people peeved off.

Welcome to the forum!
If your project speaker will have more than one driver per side, such as woofer and tweeter or woofer midrange and tweeter, put it in the Multi-Way section. If you are doing a fullrange, single driver, then fullrange section. If it's wrong or changes, we'll move it - no worries. 🙂
When I 1st joined this forum I was building speakers for my midnight shift at the print shop. They turned out well and got me back into the audio hobby. Welcome aboard!
