I'm about to buy some 70-20xr-am for a project do you think they are worth the price against lower cost tweets?
I really wonder if the difference is worth the price..
Also, do you think they would merge well with SS illuminator 12mu 4ohm?

Isn't 20xr a model that is modified to whatever manufacturer specifies? Do you have the ability to fully measure the driver?

too late bought them used on ebay.. I think the only thing you can change is sensitivity and impedance.. but I wonder if I will be able to change it myself..
The Illuminators and RAALs should work well together. Rick at Selah Audio uses them together for some of his speakers.
