I subscribe to the '15 song album' and 'DML' forums, and about every 2 weeks, I do not get the update emails for one or both of these forums. They are not in my spam box.
You will now only get an email if you visit the thread, rather than each time you log in to the site and have all your watched threads "reset".
This is less spammy, but I personally have found it hard to deal with and am missing a lot of discussions.
Definitely something high on the agenda to fix, if it's possible.

Every time I get an email announcing a new post, I always go to the thread, every single time. I stay logged in, as I usually get emails daily from diyaudio. However, as I stated, about every 2 weeks or so, I won't get an email, then I will go to an earlier post and find that there has been activity that I was not emailed about. I have never found an email from diyaudio in my spam folder.
This situation is still occurring. My spam filter is not involved at all, I just simply stop getting updates to the forum. This has been ongoing for months now, and is very irritating.
This may only be a temporary solution but have you taken a look at your watched threads page (subscriptions)?

On that page I have the box checked for receiving update emails. I have not received ANY forum update emails in about 2-3 weeks now. I'm not very tech savvy, so do not know which hoops to jump through to get my name back on the list to get regular emails for updates for either of the 2 forums that I regularly visit. I did nothing on my end to change anything that would have stopped the emails - they just stopped coming. This is very irritating. Please help! Also, replies to this email do not come to my email either, and my spam box has no mail from Diyaudio.
I just checked to see whether you were on the email suppression list, and you were.. so I removed you from the list. This wasn't your fault.

I'm still not getting any emails from diyaudio. I am on yahoo. I just now added contact@diyaudio.com, contact@diyaudiostore.com and webmaster@diyaudio to my contacts. You are not in my spam list. yahoo has erased my trash file from anything before a month ago, so I can't go back to check "not spam" on an old post. I just now went to the watched posts page and checked the boxes for all the forums. The place where I am to check "send emails" has been checked. An earlier post on this forum suggested I log back in, but I don't see a way to log out so I can log back in. Am I missing something there? When I go to the suppression list page, it lists the reason for my suppression as " ". I have not hit any "unsubscribe" buttons on any emails from anyone. Any help would be appreciated.

Both might be OK but note that the helpdesk doesn't appear to be present in this thread. They are in the other thread you just posted to.
