Hm, how precisely do your panels fit? The openings for the buttons and plugs are perfect, but the whole paned is shifted down around 1mm. Which is *really* weird, since I compared it to the size and hole positions on the original case panel and they're identical.

Could it be that you have put the amp board in the top slots instead of the bottom slots, e.g you have the box upside down
