official LU1014D spice model?

Hi,

I am looking for the official spice model for the LU1014D/LD1014D. Does anyone have an accurate model? Isn't the original manufacturer model available? What model does Nelson want us to use? is the one attached accurate?

This is the model I use.
I know it is not perfect regarging Vgs and current.
But it is the best model from the 4 different I have tried. And tested.
I use MultiSim so this model works with that.

I wonder what model Nelson Pass uses 😢

I just build circuits up and play with them.

That is what most diyers do. And that works well.
Without spice you would have to be knowing about how to setup a circuit.
It takes some math.
