Optical Character Recognition software for solid state amplifier schematic symbol recognition to create high resolution schematics from a bad resulution template (like various vintage circuit diagrams, e. g. Threshold CAS-1 and SL-10) wanted.
Until this day I must draw a new circuit diagram, if I want to get a high resolution and lower large PDF file at the same time (see attachement). I don't like that, because this is a very complicated and uncomfortable process.
Who knows a comfortable OCR software in similar kind like the ABBYY FineReader tool, which can transform JPG files with text in doc files ??
Thank you very much for your advices.

I don't think you will find software to perform this task, it's too difficult to write, not many people want/need it, there's no commercial incentive. It's too obscure.
Good luck anyway...

You can always go old-shool low-tech and enlarge it into a huge sepia for manual clean-up. When I was an intern in college that was one of my main jobs... Of course there may be better software-based ways of doing it now. Could just enlarge and re-work with something as crude as paint? Or re-draw in something like Visio?
Redraw in something like LTspice ORCAD or Circuitmaker is carried out in the moment by old low resolution schematics. This I don't believe. There are not only old amp circuits. There are also old technical drawings (ground-plan) of historical cars, skyscrapers, monuments and much more in low resolution without letters and numbers.I don't think you will find software to perform this task, it's too difficult to write, not many people want/need it, there's no commercial incentive. I have worked with PCBCAD software for 40 years and never seen a drawing to schematic symbol copier. There is one for PCB drawing to CAD.
You say doing it by hand is slow, well it is to start with.
Once you get experienced with the CAD software it is much quicker.
A lot of PCBCAD packages have "component wizards" which speed up the process.
