Obtaining mosfets

Does anyone know of a good source to get the mosfets:

2SK1058 and 2SJ162. These are the ones from Slone's book. Also, what is a good source for Toshiba MOSFETs?

Any info is great.

Magnatec BUZ900DP and BUZ905DP are double die mosfet equivalent to two 2SK1058 and 2SJ162: http://www.semelab.co.uk/
