Obsolete Transistor Replacement

Hi: Anybody know any replacement for BDX 66 C and BDX 67 C Darlington
transistors?. My old amplifier and here, in Argentina, there are not
more of this ones.
By the way, please advice is agree for DIY construction 100 / 120W
final amplifier the good quality.
Diyaudio is fantastic.

Rather difficult to find audio TO3 metal case devices ,
moreover if they are darlingtons type like these ones,
with good caracteristics.

You can try plastic cases TOP3 BDV64C/65C
if you cant find metal case equivalents..

slim pickins' in TO-3 Darlingtons. The TIP142,7 - etc. can be jigged into place, and work quite reliably.

two years ago I have order this types by farnell for repair a German power amp, brand "Kücke" (KS-Electronic, "Select" series), typ "E42" (see attached pictures of this model - it was the successor of "E41").
I guess, CPC-Farnell still offer this types - here some URLs about Farnell and an other:

The electrical difference between E41 and E42 was only the amount of output power devices: 2 pairs vs 3 pairs.

BTW - he associated pre-amplifier V32 looks also nice:
