My Bryston BP25 Pre Amp has a bad relay and I am looking for a replacement(s). I've looked on google to no avail.

Ticks me off that they want 90.00 for the relay. What do you guys think of this as a replacement?

Not so concerned about the relays mounted, but that they are replaceable with better ones on the PCB.

I agree, and some of the stuff looks like Chinese knock offs. There are some claiming refurbished. How so when it's sealed???

If it fits, and the specs are same or better, it should be ok.
You also could make your own adapter board, and use any 24V relays that work.

Refurbished could mean any of: RFE; externally cleaned off; tested; they'll replace it if it doesn't work, etc.
It really doesn't mean anything, except not new.
