Ticks me off that they want 90.00 for the relay. What do you guys think of this as a replacement?

Not so concerned about the relays mounted, but that they are replaceable with better ones on the PCB.

I agree, and some of the stuff looks like Chinese knock offs. There are some claiming refurbished. How so when it's sealed???

Refurbished could mean any of: RFE; externally cleaned off; tested; they'll replace it if it doesn't work, etc.
It really doesn't mean anything, except not new.
