for the fullrange I initially opted for the LII AUDIO fast 8; later I switched to SILVER 8, again from LII, but these, despite costing twice as fast, did not satisfy me. excellent in the low range but something was missing in the upper midrange

with the help of PEPPENNINO, we looked for a solution that did not invade the initial project, so no direct super tweeter but a super tweeter that creates ambience

tweeter that creates ambience

Thats a smart way to get a single tweeter to have high dispersion. The sphere shape might be worth experimenting with?

With some scrap cardboard and tape you can make a wave guide shape that can be taped over the tweeter to direct the pressure more to the front and rear and so possibly mimic dipole dispersion with less interference anomalies at ear height?

The sims are from the old Falstad ripple tank sim that runs in a browser now eg Firefox: https://www.falstad.com/ripple/

I think different size drivers might be modelled as a 2D "line source" but the frequency range is a limiter for audio waves.

I doubt the sim was written for speaker design. Its use might be more a fun way of making dispersion, diffraction and interference effects more conscious.

Yes, nice job. Did you create the spherical reflector, or find it pre-made? Also the hoop - bent wood - for the U-frame?
the spherical deflector is easily found in shops that sell wood, I had the circles made by a carpenter who has numerically controlled machinery .. consider that they are 10 circles 25mm thick and making them by hand would have been a very heavy job
